If you are thinking of replacing your beach hut we can meet you on-site to discuss your requirements. We can advise whether your current beach hut can be repaired or if it needs replacing.
Good quality materials are used to build and repair all our beach huts, including tantalised timber, marine ply and stainless steel bolts and screws.
The beach huts are built to Brighton & Hove specifications.
You can however choose any colour for the beach hut doors.
Shelving and storage can be added to your beach hut to meet your needs.

Brighton and Hove specification beach hut
The main framework of 2”x 2” timber, walled with shiplap TGV cladding 19mm at the bottom & the upper with exterior fine MARINE ply 15mm thick, including the roof. The roof has our uniquely designed over-hang for additional protection.
The floor to be constructed as a 4” x 2” frame topped with 5” x 1” floor boards (with a rough finish for safety/ anti-slip – *this should be left unpainted).
The doors are frame ledge & braced clad with 19mm TGV. The frame to be 95mm x 45 mm (again all tanalised & pressure treated).
Doors will be fitted with stainless steel hinges & bolts & constructed with galvanized nails & screws.
The overall construction of the hut is built with exterior stainless steel nails and wood screws to help prevent any rust.
The overall size of the hut should not exceed 1.83m square and of a maximum height of 2.5m.
Painting the Beach hut
Beach huts must be fully prepared before any painting.
The beach hut should be sanded and all the joints sealed.
Undercoat in Brighton & Hove colours should be applied to the whole hut.
The hut should then have two coats of exterior gloss in Brighton & Hove colours.
The beach hut doors can be any solid colour (or stripes), however no other designs are permitted.
